1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to cities within Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Sydney.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal delays.

3. Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping within Sydney. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order through the delivery service.

5. Incorrect or Missing Shipments
